For me the position of this site is excellent Being near Truro it is central to head in all directions of Cornwall. The site is large but has privacy hedges. The one shower block is probably the best in the land. They have dog walks although they are nothing to get excited about, but adequate when not muddy. The fully serviced pitches are large (why aren't all pitches fully serviced) Think
Overall a nice clean site, the main downside being the drone from the traffic on the very busy A39 alongside the park.
I met Kevin H from the PC forum here in March. He uses this site a lot.
For more information see - http://www.carnon-downs-caravanpark.co.uk/

Grade The tops.

You wont regret it Sharon Smile Kev (trucker) on this forum will also verify how nice it is. The only downside is the hum from the A39 as traffic is changing down for the roundabout.

Sorry jo-anne, its the only pic I have. That one is from the first time we went. This March we had a super pitch (well worth it) but didn't bother taking a photo because after all it was just a pitch, although larger than the one in the pic I've posted.
We went both times in March. I've been to Looe but never to the club site.

Sue I worked at Liskey for 5 years before I came to Globe Vale, and still friends with owners.

I used to work at Liskey, as it seems they have similar shower block as carnon downs now, better position do check it out while down here worth a look.
