A nice largish site on the side of a large lake with swimming pools and lake swimming(artificial beach)all the facilities you could want with all piches having some shade (important this far down)adjacent pine forest with walks direct off site.Pitches lakeside are more expensive. Some pitches up to 800m2.Handy for trips to Biarritz or into Spain.Would I go again certainly would.

Plotter, We have been there twice in the last 8 years, the last being three years ago. I agree with you that it's a great site for a family holiday and I am sure we will return some time. Ray

Ray thank you for endorsing my comments on this site we have only been once and were towards the far end (by the loo,but not too close)and direct access to the forest walks and back around to the lake which I seem to recall is the largest man made in France but might be wrong. What amused us was that the lake is only a couple of inches from the top of the bank and you are given a lesflet which says in the event of flooding the site manager will instruct you on where to go!Yeah I bet he would be off like a shot not least as his office is by the gate Laughing
I wonder if it does flood no obvious signs of it ,the pitches on the lakeside are a little close together but if you are into watersport/activities they are ideal.
