On Fryday I in form work and said to Sharon.
I would like to go a way ater try 2 sits that was on ower door step and find out that they was full. We tred Lickpenny they had pichers. We like going to Lickpenny it just a hour a way. its a very claer sit and the piches are big and the shawere rooms are big and very claern and we all ways get a warm welcome form the owens.
Its just the place if you feel like just sit out side the van and leting the day go past if you lick or if you like you can nip in to Matlock and you can find so thick to do.

jo-annet123,
they have a website www.lickpennycaravanpark.co.uk .
The facilities are very good, the pitches are nicely spaced and quite generous in size, if you go with friends there are some double pitches. Last time we were there 2 weeks ago the deluxe pitch next door had an 18 ton american rv on it with a trailer and car and the pitch still did not look crowded. I prefer the deluxe pitches, because it means I can be lazy regarding fresh and waste water, but I do think it is a little more expensive that other sites, but we think it's worth it.
